Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We at Esqro Ventures Private Limited want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of lighting products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

1.2 Refund Process:

You will be required to provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request. Once your request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

1.3 Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to customized or personalized products. Please note that installation and service charges are also non-refundable once the service has been provided.

2. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped or the services have not been initiated. If the cancellation request is received within the stipulated time frame, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

2.2 Service Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel a service appointment, please notify us at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within this time frame will not incur any charges. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
